Is customer support available?
Absolutely! Our customer support team is here to answer any questions you might have. Drop us a note at hello@limendimemarket.com or chat with us while you're browsing the website.
The product I want is currently out of stock. What do I do?
Please go to the product page of the item that you want and sign up for the waitlist. Should the product come back in stock from a return, you will be notified. Email and text alerts are sent in the order of first to sign up.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Shipping times are calculated with business days, which are Monday-Friday, not including holidays, and starts after the sale for that item ends on the site. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. All shipping transit times are based off the order's address. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Order cutoff time is Friday at 1 pm CST.
Where are my items shipping from?
LimenDimeMarket products are shipped from the Texas, California & New York warehouses based in the United States.
Can I change my shipping option after I've placed my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double and triple check your items, quantities, and shipping information before making your final purchase.
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
The weight plus location to where the order will be shipped to determines the shipping cost.
What if my package is returned as undeliverable?
Any packages returned that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method issued to the payment method used for that specific order, unless the package is returned after the package is 30 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.
What does it mean to order as a guest?
You are welcome to order as a guest if you prefer not to create a LimenDimeMarket account. Orders placed under Guest status will not show on any PYP order history. You will still be asked for an email address when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email send to that address listing your items and your order number. Please keep that on hand in case there are any issues with your order. You will also receive shipping confirmation emails for each item as they are sent out.
How do I get a discount or a promotion code?
We occasionally have some awesome promotions and discount codes to help you get even better prices on the items for sale on the site. Yay! if you're receiving our daily emails, and following us on social media, you'll hear about any codes or promotions.
You can apply the code to your order by entering it in the Discount Code field. The field shows after you have entered your shipping, billing and payment information and hit the Apply button at the bottom of the screen. All discount codes must be applied during purchases. We are not able to apply the codes or discounts after the order has been placed.
Why isn't my order going through?
First make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out, or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit Remove to select those unavailable items from your cart.
If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your car, that you have entered in during check out does not match the billing address that your bank or card holder has on file for that card.
Be sure to use an up to date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently offer worldwide shipping.
Is the customer responsible for international customs duties/taxes/fees?
Yes. LimenDimeMarket is not responsible for any duties. Duties and taxes will be paid at checkout. Make sure all your information is correct before placing your international order. LimenDimeMarket is not responsible for user errors & do can't change an order once the order is placed.
What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us hello@limendimemarket.com so that we can quickly resolve the problem. We ask that you send your order number, and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control, and prevent the same situation in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled through our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
How long will my international shipping take?
International packages take anywhere between 7-21 days or longer. If the package is held up via customs, expect longer delivery times. LimenDimeMarket is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during international transits.
How do I track my international package?
International shipping can be tracked with USPS or DHL. Once it leaves the United States and you didn't purchase the correct tracking methods at checkout, there won't be a way to track the package.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
LimenDime Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
